The WEW-3100M system meets the technical requirements of relevant national provisions for the porous static load performance test. It is the necessary testing equipment for construction projects.
The system adopts high precision A/D converter to sample the pressure and displacement signals, has the features of high sampling precision and good stability.
The system working with static load anchorage testing machine can automatically calculate the ultimate tension, total strain of ultimate tension and anchorage efficiency coefficient. And it can print out the complete test report.
With the high precision load sensor, it can guarantee the steplessly continuous measurement within the range 0.4%~100% of maximum test force. The measurement accuracy is greater than Grade 1.
Users can easily add, remove or modify one test standard. The control steps can be freely edited according to the test requirements.
The WEW-3100M system has the functions of dynamically displaying the data and curves in test process, test data editing, curves browsing, partially magnifying and stack comparison.
Using high precision amplifier and 24 bit high precision A/D converter. The effective inner code is ±200,000. The test force measurement resolution is 1/200,000.
Test curves can be displayed in real-time. The curve coordinates can be freely selected. Three different curves can be displayed in the same interface. The test curves can be partially magnified.
This static load anchorage testing machine system uses standard database to manage test data, and can provide networking data interface.
Using open EXCEL report form. Users can choose the built-in report or custom report format.
