This system is composed of our independently developed EDC-2500 servo measure and control box and SuperTest V9.0 testing and control software.

It is suitable for working together with the electronic flexural and compressive strength testing machines of testing machine manufacturers to build the upgraded computer control electronic bending and compression testing machines.
 
  • Our EDC-2500 system is able to implement load, displacement closed-loop control of the electronic flexural and compressive strength material testing machine, and can switch smoothly between the two control modes. It has the features of high control precision, strong adaptability, long-term stability and so on.
  • The controller uses Cotex_M3 32-bit high-speed ARM chip as the master chip, has high computing speed and data processing capabilities. It can implement the whole control process from data acquisition, PID computing and Ethernet communication operation to the output control in a short period of time, thus achieve the accurate closed-loop control for the testing machine.
  • Both analog channels use the separate 24-bit A / D converter for high-precision data sampling. The effective internal code is up to ± 200000. Has up to 15 linear compensation and correction function and greatly improve measurement range and measurement accuracy of the sensor.
  • The measurement unit of the EDC-2500 Electronic Material Testing Machine System uses high precision spoke sensor, S type sensor and rotary photoelectric encoder.
  • The EDC-2500 system of electronic flexural and compressive strength material testing machine has two analog input channels: One for compressive loading, one for flexural loading.
  • Has one photoelectric encoder 4 times frequency counting differential input channels. Can be connected with the photoelectric encoder signal of the servo motor or single photoelectric encoder signal for displacement measurement.
  • Has 4 switch input interfaces: can be connected to 4 limit switches to input signal.
  • One 0-10V analog signal output interface: can be connected to the servo motor drive or inverter.
  • One 0-500kHz pulse frequency differential output interface: can be connected to the servo motor drive, used to control the speed of servo motor or stepper motor.
  • One differential directional signal output interface: can be connected to the servo motor drive or stepper motor drive, used to control the servo motor steering or stepper motor steering.
  • Four switch output interfaces: can be connected to 4 intermediate relays.
  • The EDC-2500 system of electronic flexural and compressive strength material testing machine uses The PID control strategy to achieve the load closed loop control , as well as achieving the functions of constant speed loading, load retention and constant speed offloading.
  • Using the PID control strategy to implement the displacement closed loop control , as well as achieving the functions of constant speed displacement and displacement holding.
  • One 100MHz Ethernet communication interface, achieve high-speed data communications with PC. It has the function of real-time uploading the data acquisition and delivering the control instructions, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the testing machine by PC in real-time.
  • One RS232 microcomputer communication interface, can be connected with our EPC series touch-type tablet computer, to achieve the purpose of controlling pressure testing machine through touch-type tablet computer.
