  • Our WAW-G Electro-Hydraulic servo steel strand universal testing machine is mainly used in tensile tests of steel strand, metal bar, plate and screw steel.
  • Equipped with the independently developed EHC-3100 servo controller, using Ethernet to communicate with the computer, has high communication speed and good stability.
  • Using The PID control strategy to achieve the load closed loop control, as well as achieving the functions of constant speed loading, load retention and constant speed offloading.
  • Using The PID control strategy to enable the displacement closed loop control , as well as the functions of constant speed displacement and displacement holding.
  • Using The PID control strategy to enable the distortion closed loop control , as well as the functions of constant speed distortion and deformation retaining.
  • The WAW-G Electro-Hydraulic servo universal testing machine can easily add or remove a test standard, and the control steps can be freely edited according to the test requirements.
  • Test curves can be displayed real-time in the test process. The curvilinear coordinates can be chosen freely. Three different curves can be displayed in the same interface. Test curves can be partially zoomed in.
  • Automatically calculate the max force, tensile strength, yield strength, non proportional extension strength, elastic modulus, elongation after breaking and other parameters, a complete test report can be printed after the test.
  • This universal testing machine meets the test requirement of the latest metal tensile test standard GB/T228.1-2010. Manage test data with Standard database. Can provide networking data interface.
  • Use open EXCEL report form, the user can choose either the built-in report or custom report format.
