  • This WAW series universal testing machine uses the PID control strategy to achieve three modules of closed loop control of load, displacement and deformation, and can be smoothly switched among the three modules.
  • The machine can automatically calculate the max force, tensile strength, yield strength, non proportional extension strength, elastic modules, elongation after breaking and other parameters. Can print out the complete test report.
  • With the latest servo pump control technology, the system of our WAW series electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine has low noise, strong anti pollution ability, and trouble-free long-term operation is ensured.
  • The WAW electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine is consisted of four columns, double space frame structure, with good rigidity and good stability. Hydraulic automatic clamping, reliable and convenient.
  • Spring buffer device is arranged in the beam, which can effectively eliminate the transmission gap between the screw and the nut, and also plays a good buffer when test specimen is breaking.
  • The measuring element is a high-precision spoke sensor, which has high precision and long-term stability, and the precision of the testing machine is ensured.
  • Can easily add or remove a test standard, and the control steps can be flexibly edited according to the test requirements.
  • Test curves can be displayed in real-time during the testing process. The curvilinear coordinates can be chosen freely. Three different curves can be displayed in the same interface. Test curves can be partially zoomed in.
  • Equipped with the high toughness protective net to fence out the operator and the test space, and the safety of the operator is effectively guaranteed.
